Subject: Nayama Tanzanian Soup Recipe

2 Tbs. oil
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 medium chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup coconut
2 1/2 Lbs. beef
1 Tbs. tomato paste
1-2 fresh chopped tomatoes
juice of 1/2 large lime
2 tsp. salt

In a large saucepan brown 2 Tbs. oil, curry, cayenne, onion, coconut and garlic cloves
Add beef, cut into chunks
Add tomato paste, tomatoes, lime juice and salt
Cover with water and simmer for 2 to 3 hours
