| 1 1/2 cups papaya or guava or apricot nectar 4 Tbs. cornstarch 4 Tbs. lemon juice 8 Tbs. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 cups diced fresh fruit (papaya, pineapple, melon, oranges or guavas) 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup moist shredded coconut 1/2 cup chopped peanuts Pre-made 9 in. pie crust |
Prepare piecrust according to directions. |
